I have had 5 years of experience with Ashley Heating & Air Conditioning. I trust them completely as my "experts" to meet my needs, both at my home and at my business office location. Rick and the guys are knowledgeable in every area and are prompt and professional. My wife feels comfortable enough to call on Ashley even when I have to be out of town. That is saying a lot, as she doesn't like to deal with home or office equipment issues. As far as we are concerned, Ashley is the best in the Heating & A/C business! Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with our Trane furnace! You installed it Dec 31, 2009, and each of the past four month's gas bills have been just half of what they were during the same months (Jan., Feb., Mar., April) of last year according to the Intermountain Gas Company invoices! We are amazed and very thankful!

Our first contact was with Herb Heppner who assisted us in selecting the best air conditioning system for our home. He followed the project through to it's completion. Lynn Johnston and John Krishnek then followed up installation day as was agreed on.
March 30th; installation day was rainy, cold, and miserable. We would have very happily changed the date but they were very friendly and professional and moved right ahead with the project. During the installation the were always considerate of us, our comfort and our home and were always sociably professional and nice gentlemen to be around.
